Terms of Service

Last updated 21 July 2026

1 About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Tsagkaraki Broadworks ("we", "us"), based in Greece, for the use of Arthur. By creating an account or using Arthur, you agree to them.

Arthur is built for businesses, so this is a business agreement rather than a consumer one. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

2 What Arthur is

Arthur is software for running the day of a business: orders, items and prices, stock, your team, and the numbers that come out of it. You use it on devices you already own.

We may add, change, or retire features as the product grows. If we remove something important, we will tell you first.

3 Your account

  • Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got in.
  • As the owner of a workspace, you decide who joins it and what role they get, and you are responsible for those choices.

4 Fair use

Use Arthur to run your business, and not to:

  • Break the law, or use it for anything illegal.
  • Try to break into, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Resell or rent access to Arthur without our written agreement.
  • Upload anything harmful, or anyone else's data that you have no right to hold.

If someone abuses the service in a way that puts other businesses at risk, we may suspend that account.

5 Your data stays yours

Everything you put into Arthur, your items, orders, stock, and team, belongs to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service for you: to store your data, show it back to you and your team, and back it up. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6 Plans and payment

  • Arthur has a free plan and paid plans. What each one includes, and what it costs, is shown on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, and renew until you cancel.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know and give you a chance to fix it before anything changes on your account.
  • If we change our prices, we will tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.
Arthur never takes a cut of your sales. You pay one flat price for the plan. Money from your customers goes through your own bank or card terminal and never passes through us.

8 Availability and support

We work hard to keep Arthur running, because we know a business cannot pause its day when software has a bad moment. We build so that your data stays safe and the work keeps moving.

Even so, we cannot promise the service will never be unavailable. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid busy hours where we can. Support is available by email, and we answer as quickly as we can.

9 Cancelling and ending

  • You can stop using Arthur and close your account at any time.
  • If you cancel a paid plan, it runs until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that goes unpaid after we have asked.
  • Before an account closes, you get a fair chance to export your data. After that, we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 What we do not promise

Arthur is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of every fault, or that it will fit every way a business might want to work. We do promise to be honest about problems and to fix them as fast as we can.

11 Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, that follow from using or not being able to use Arthur.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Arthur in the twelve months before the problem arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12 Changes

We may update these terms as Arthur grows. If a change matters to you, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using Arthur after that means you accept the new terms.

13 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, we would much rather you email us so we can sort it out directly.
