Why I built it

I kept seeing the same thing. The businesses that keep a town alive, the restaurant, the corner shop, the family kitchen, were handed tools that cost a fortune, took a cut of every sale, or never fit them at all.

I started Tsagkaraki Broadworks to change that: one honest system, cheap enough for anyone, good enough to run the day on.
