One flat price. Nothing per sale.
Every plan has every feature. The only thing that changes is how many people can be working at the same time.
Small
A whole team on a normal day.
Large
A large operation with a lot of people on.
Group
More than 40 people working at once, across one site or many. Priced per seat, and the rate comes down with volume. Tell us what you run and we will work it out with you.
What a seat actually means.
A seat is one person clocked in at the same time, not an account. You can create an account for every single person who works for you, on every plan, free.
They only take a seat while they are actually clocked in and working. When someone clocks out, the seat frees up for the next person. As the owner, you are never locked out of your own business.
In every plan, including Free
The bill nobody shows you.
Most systems of this kind do not really make their money from the subscription. They make it from a percentage of everything you sell, forever, and it grows as you grow.
A business taking €24.99,000 a month on cards pays roughly €750 every month in card fees alone on a system like that. Arthur costs €24.99 and takes nothing from your sales, so the gap only widens the better you do.
Questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Never. Your customers pay you through your own bank or card terminal, exactly as they do today, and we do not sit in the middle of it. We only ever charge the flat monthly price.
What happens if everyone is working and the plan is full?
The next person to clock in is told the workspace is full. Someone clocking out frees a seat straight away, and you can upgrade at any moment. The owner is never blocked, so you can always get into your own business and sort it out.
This is also why logging in is free. Your team can sign in and see their own page without using a seat.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you want. You are not locked in and there is no contract to escape from.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Arthur runs on the phones and tablets you already own. There is nothing to mount, nothing to lease, and no engineer visit.
Is Free actually free?
Yes, and it stays free. Three people can work at once, which suits a small team. It is not a trial that expires.
Not sure which one fits?
Count the people who will be working at your busiest moment, including yourself. That number is your plan. If you are between two, start lower and move up, it takes seconds. if you would rather talk it through.
