The short version. Arthur uses only what it needs to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers, and nothing that follows you around other websites.

1 What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Some are needed for a site to work at all, for example to remember that you are signed in. Others exist to watch what you do and build a profile of you. We use the first kind and not the second.

Some of what we store is not technically a cookie but works the same way, such as a sign-in token kept by your browser. This policy covers both.

Keeps you signed in as you move around the app, so you are not asked for your password on every screen. Cleared when you sign out.

Session details

Keeps your workspace and shift state correct while you work, so the right screen shows for the right person.

Preferences

Remembers small choices such as your language, so the app opens the way you left it.

These are set by us. They are not shared with anyone, and they are not used to profile you.

3 What we do not use

No advertising or marketing cookies.
No analytics that track your behaviour.
No third-party trackers, pixels, or social media tags.
No selling or sharing of anything to data brokers.

If we ever add anything beyond the strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

4 Your choices

Because we only use what is strictly necessary, there is no tracking to switch off. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

One honest warning: if you block the sign-in token, Arthur cannot keep you signed in, and the app will not work properly. That is the trade-off with essential cookies.

5 Changes to this policy

If we change what we store, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything that needs your consent, we will ask before we start.
