Not a dashboard someone opens once a month. Arthur runs a business's actual day, which means it has to hold up during the busiest hour, not the calmest one.
For businesses nobody built for
The small places that were priced out or ignored. That constraint shapes everything: cheap to run, simple enough to learn in a shift, honest about what it does.
Roles we expect to open first
Support, in Greek and EnglishThe first hire, almost certainly. Talking to owners and staff who are not technical, and turning what they say into things we fix.
First
Someone who sells by visitingNot a call centre. Walking into places, showing the product on a phone, and being straight about whether it suits them.
Early
A second pair of hands on the productSomeone who cares that a crash never loses an order, and who would rather ship one thing properly than five things roughly.
Later
Get in early anyway.
We are in Greece, we work remotely, and we are small on purpose. You would be talking to real customers in your first week.
